Where It Began

Our story began with a friend.

She was walking through something heavy and asked for space. We wanted to honor that request—but we also didn’t want to disappear. So we sent her a journal and invited a small circle of women to write prayers and words of encouragement for her over time.

She could open their words when she was ready. In her own space, with no pressure. Just quiet, steady support. No expectations—just presence.

Over time, that journal became something she could return to again and again—a reminder she wasn’t alone.

That’s how Thoughts That Stick began. A simple way to show up with intention and give meaningful words a place to stay.

Because some words are meant to be carried with us—through hard seasons, hopeful beginnings, and all the moments in between.
